There is a one-time corporate entrance fee of $15,000 for 2 Full Members or $20,000 for 3 Full Members. The corporation is the shareholder and can nominate up to 2 Full members as designates. The corporation is ultimately responsible for all dues, fees, assessments, and house account charges incurred by designates. Designates can be changed without incurring further fees. Designates have Full member privileges with no restrictions on 10 golf course and Tennis court. Members have acces to invest on Rare materials. Annual dues for 2024 are $4,425.00 for each designate.
